THE ORIGIN STORY
Arlene Assurance Marketing was built out of necessity not opportunity.
As a licensed insurance agent serving diverse communities, our founder Priscilla I. Rodriguez-Colón asked her FMO for a marketing template in another language. The answer was simple: we don't have that. You'll have to create it yourself.
So she did. In Canva. One language at a time. One flyer at a time. And every time, the same thought: there has to be something out there for agents like me. Something professional. Something that puts the agent first, not the carrier. Something that speaks my client's language without looking like a rush job.
There was not. So she built it.
Every template in our shop started as something she needed for her own business AEP flyers, community event materials, client retention mailers, social media posts in multiple languages. Built because she was tired of choosing between looking professional and communicating with cultural accuracy.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
I built Arlene Assurance Marketing because I needed it, and it did not exist.
Every template in our shop was born from a real need I had as an agent in the field. I know what it is like to serve a community in their language, on a deadline, with no tools designed for the job. That is why I built this.
Arlene Contigo came later, and it came the same way. At a NABIP convention, insurance carriers began approaching us. Not to buy something. To tell us they had been looking for someone who had been inside the business, who understood how to write to sell, not just translate. That conversation became Division One, Regulated Industries, serving insurance carriers, healthcare organizations, financial services firms, and AI wellness companies with strategic marketing and multicultural communications built from inside the industry.
Then other organizations found us. Small businesses that had outgrown DIY marketing and needed real strategy. Growing companies ready for a full-service marketing partner. Brands expanding into new cultural and language markets for the first time. They were not all in regulated industries, but they all needed the same thing: marketing built on strategy, not templates. That became Division Two, Growth Markets, bringing the same strategic rigor to any industry, English-only or multilingual.
I did not build this because I saw a gap in the market. I built it because I was the person standing in that gap.
