1. 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

• You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment if you email us within 48 hours of purchase.
• After 48 hours, all subscription fees are final. Cancelling stops future billing but does not trigger any refund.

2. Subscription Cancellations

• You can cancel at any time via your Shopify account or by emailing support@arleneassurancemarketing.com.
• Once cancelled, you retain access until the end of your current paid period. No credits or refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. Annual Plans

• Annual subscriptions follow the same 48-hour refund window. After 48 hours, no refunds are available even if you cancel mid-year.

4. No Free Trials, No Prorating

• We do not offer free trials. Your first payment grants immediate access to all templates in your tier.
• We do not prorate or credit partial-month cancellations.
