There was no multicultural marketing platform built for Medicare agents. There were carrier templates in English and other languages but they highlighted the carrier not the agent. There were FMO resources that translated those templates into Spanish and called it multicultural. There was no one selling agents the actual tools to market to communities the carriers were ignoring. So she built it.
She built the agency. She built the platform. She is still doing both.
